3. Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking.

  • Prices quoted at the time of booking may vary based on the condition of your vehicle.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

  • Our mobile detailing subscription packages are designed to maintain your vehicles cleanliness without the hassle – but we understand life happens.

  • Please read our policy carefully before subscribing.

6. Subscription Overview

  • Our packages operate on a subscription model.

  • 4–6 Week maintenance package: Recurring every 4–6 weeks.

  • Annual maintenance package: Billed monthly (with 3 months upfront payment) or annually.

  • All services are delivered on-site (mobile) at your home or workplace within our service area.

7. Subscription PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)

  • You may cancel at any time with advance notice, according to the terms outlined in our terms of service.

Cancellation terms

  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime with at least 7 days notice before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No refunds for the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Plans: Cancel anytime. Refunds will be pro-rated based on used services, minus £50 early cancellation fee & 2 months of Annual Payment will be kept

  • No refunds if more than 6 services have already been completed.

Missed Appointments

  • Missed appointments due to customer no-shows or inaccessible vehicles may be considered used and not rescheduled or refunded.

8. Pausing your subscription

  • You may pause your subscription once per year for up to 2 months (e.g., for travel or seasonal vehicle use). Notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next appointment.

9. Rescheduling policy (Advance notice)

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice (for 4-6 week clients) or 48 hours notice (for annual subscribers) without any fee.

  • Reschedule via text, phone or email. Information can be found below, under the How to Cancel or Reschedule section below.

10. Late reschedules or no-shows

  • Under 24 hours notice (or no-show): A £25 fee will be applied to your next billing cycle.

  • Two or more last-minute reschedules may result in temporary suspension or loss of priority scheduling.

11. Weather delays

  • We may reschedule in case of bad weather or unsafe working conditions. There’s no penalty or fee – we’ll reach out promptly to arrange a new time.

12. Service Terms

  • We take every care to deliver a professional and high-quality service.

  • The vehicle must be in a suitable condition for cleaning (e.g., free of excessive personal belongings or hazardous waste).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or pet hair removal.

13. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the vehicle at the time of service.

  • Inform us of any known issues or damage prior to the service.

  • Remove all valuables from the vehicle – we are not responsible for lost items.

14. Liability

  • We are insured and take care when working on your vehicle.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Loss or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

    • Delays due to weather or other factors beyond our control

  • Any damage alleged to be caused by our service must be reported within 24 hours.

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Bubble N Squeak or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written consent.

  • Mobile detailing requires driveway or legal parking access at the time of service. Lack of access may result in cancellation fees.

  • If you move outside service area, we can cancel your subscription with no penalty.
